The staff have a good intuition of what the customer requires and although the staff don't know how big/small or the amount of items, they have confidence in assisting the customer to choose the correct unit to fit. The staff have excellent PR skills, reply back timeframe is very good and service was excellent. Store-It is in a good location but customers have to be careful when entering/exiting the driveway as it is only big enough for one car. I found that our furniture was still in good condition.
